I believe, as a patient, you and your family should be treated with dignity and respect. While your condition is something I have seen and treated for many years, I understand that it is completely new to you. I make it my goal to provide the education and understanding needed when patients are facing a life-threatening disease. With this education, only then can patients and their families be comfortable trusting our team and me to provide the expert care that they deserve... At age 16, I lost my father to a heart attack. He was 49 and had no prior symptoms of heart disease. I became passionate about contributing to the treatment of advanced, life-threatening heart disease. I felt a calling to do everything I could to save the lives of patients and help families cope when they find themselves in a situation where they feel helpless. I can empathize with patients and families in those situations and I feel a personal connection to each and every one of them. I am also a proud Eagle Scout.
